Fresco II

Went here for a farewell luncheon for work. There was no hostess at the front when we arrived, but it wasn't too long of a wait. Our party was sat right between the other two groups there were there despite the fact that the entire floor had available seating. The eggplant parmesan was surprisingly tough and chewy but a large portion (note that this dish does not come with any pasta, it's literally just eggplant and marinara sauce). When it came time for us to leave, we asked for carryout containers for our large plates of food. We were also asked if we wanted dessert, so we started looking at their desert menu. We were brought the smallest carryout boxes they had. We asked if they had larger ones and the server, Jeremia L, didn't know. Jeremia seemed to be upset that we asked for larger boxes. Eventually a larger box was brought out as well as our check before we could order our desserts. When the check was paid and brought back, there was not so much as a "bye", "thank you for coming in", "have a nice day", nothing. Came across as quite rude and unexpected. I will probably not bring my staff back here for a work celebration again.

Had a lovely meal at fresco 2. All was very well cooked and very tasty. As I was there with workmates we needed to split the bill 5 ways, staff made it a little more awkward than necessary by saying they only do that by exception...just wasn't needed. But food wise great! Although someone else had a sizzling dish while we were there and it filled the restaurant with smoke...kind of made me wish I'd ordered it!.

My family and I love coming to Fresco 2! I was gifted a local discount card and was so excited that Fresco 2 was on there. The discount card said 10'/, off but they only gave me a discount on 1 item. I didn't dispute it but I wish they would've honored my discount or specified differently on the card. We will be going back because we love it here.

Excellent place to go during lunch, the gal who took care of us was amazing (good luck with the electrical engineering studies)! We got lunch and a show (Flambé) which I've never seen in person, totally worth the experience. I also loved the fact everything was homemade and ready quickly without sacrificing quality. Professional Critic Score: 9.5/10 (I apologize for the poor video quality, it was a last minute ask to film it and it does not do the performance justice).

Great food, service is awful when you make reservations for 15 and your party is waiting an hour to be seated is absolutely absurd. Never took drink order, took plates that never got used, changed out silverware and left all the dirty silverware on the table. Place needs new management and servers. Keep cooks and kitchen staff get rid of the rest.
